Shyrell - Creative Director & Co-Founder

Formerly known as Enchanté Studios, Shyrell, our Creative Director, co-founded the new Millionways Studios with a primary focus on Personal Branding Photography.

With a wealth of experience and as a pioneer in introducing personal branding to Dubai, Shyrell has overseen the creation of thousands of personal and business brand shoots since 2012. Her expertise allows her to confidently direct and pose clients, ensuring every detail is captured seamlessly.

Her passion for minimal yet sophisticated interior styling ensures a complementary and calming backdrop for your session.

Shyrell's attention to detail means she catches even the littlest imperfections during shoots, from stray hairs to wardrobe adjustments, resulting in images you'll love straight out of the camera. The extra magic sauce is in her perfected retouch technique making your images ready for your magazines features, websites, LinkedIn, and social media platforms!

As a seasoned business owner herself, Shyrell understands the importance of intentional personal branding and excels at translating your ideas into compelling visuals for your brand.

Virgo to a T, hence her attention to detail and perfectionist tendencies, Shyrell’s love for light and minimal designs are evident in the spaces she creates at the studio.

Mom of two to daughter Moi (Yiohanne) and son Polly (Napoleon)!

She calls her home ‘mylittlewhitespace’ which inspired a new lifestyle brand of curated feel-good essentials. Between running Millionways and MyLittleWhiteSpace, Shyrell finds her downtime discovering the city’s newest places and experiences, making her 20-year stay in Dubai always in fresh set of eyes!

Originally from the Philippines, Shyrell is happiest when there’s blue skies and big white puffy clouds as well as lush greeneries and blue seas! These brings lots of happy childhood memories from her little Southern town.

Dr. Sfera - Managing Partner & Co-Founder

Dr. Sfera is a crucial pillar partner at our studio. With unwavering belief in the studio's potential, he has invested in our growth and provides invaluable guidance on client relations. Whilst currently based remotely in Zurich and focusing on a separate practice in medical and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Sfera's expertise in navigating complex situations is highly valued by the team.

Rei - Client, Partners & Studio Manager

At the heart of the studio, Rei serves as the lifeline and connection for all our clients and studio partners. From handling inquiries and scheduling to booking our partner creatives, Rei ensures every aspect of your experience with the studio runs smoothly all remotely from her base in Manila.

Her exemplary coordination and prompt responses facilitate harmonious execution for the creative team. With her can-do attitude and resourcefulness, Rei always finds a way to make things work like clock-work at the studio!

A creative soul at heart, Rei is also the mastermind behind our graphics, website, and social contents. We love ourselves a Rei!

A pet enthusiast, wether its cuddling cats or playing fetch with dogs - Rei is always ready to share some furry love!

An artist by heart, Rei loves a good jazz music and all forms of artistic expressions. When she s not crafting our next graphic posts on canva, she trying out some active sports like biking and skating or just being out in nature!

Rei works with us remotely from Manila but from time to time joins us in Dubai to catch up and train with the team.
